About Us
Who We Are
Sitting on a few barstools, three wayward gentlemen realized that Saint Augustine needed a High Quality Hot Dog Cart, offering food to the famished travelers of the streets of Saint Augustine. And with the inspiration of a cold beer in hand, the plan to solve the hot dog woes of the streets was born. We are DatilFurters, The Datil Dog Company!
Fresh Ingredients
A Hot Dog isn't just for baseball anymore, it is Fine Dining on a Street Corner. We start with a Great Bun, a Quality Dog, add some Complimentary Condiments, and top it with some of the Best Fresh Toppings (some are even made by hand). Add a little Datil and the world becomes a better place! We are dedicated to providing fresh options for all our customers (yes, we have a vegan option too).

Topped with fresh-made datil relish on a potato bun. Served with spicy mustard and a dash of spicy Hawaiian black salt.
The Saint Augustine
Topped with sweet and spicy datil pickle relish and
fresh-made tomato relish on a potato bun. Served with yellow mustard, ketchup, and a dash of spicy
Hawaiian black salt.
The South City Slaw
Topped with fresh-made chili, datil coleslaw, zig-zag of yellow mustard, and a dash of spicy Hawaiian black salt .
(substitute tomato relish for chili for vegan option)
The West King Kraut
Topped with sauerkraut and fresh-made datil relish on a potato bun. Served with a zig-zag of spicy mustard and a dash of spicy Hawaiian black salt.
The North City Dill Pickle
Topped with fresh-made tomato relish and a dill pickle slice. Served with a zig-zag of yellow mustard, dill pickle salt, and a dash of spicy Hawaiian black salt.
A-la-carte
With your choice of one topping: datil relish, tomato relish, sauerkraut, chili, cheese, spicy datil pickle relish, pickle relish, or onions.
The Corn Dog
A 100% Beef Corn Dog wrapped in a warm blanket of honey crunch batter (it is not a dog made with corn as the name suggests).

Fresh Made with Beef and beans carefully mixed to create a symphony of flavors. Try it on a Dog as well. I am really sorry, but this is not Vegan Friendly!
The Lincolnville Nachos
Tortilla chips, lightly salted, with a side of Cheese Sauce. Add a Fresh Made Relish or Chili.

A cucumber that is pickled... with Dill and other stuff.

Sometimes Sunday: should be hanging out on a street corner, usually between 2pm and 8pm.
